Good but could be better
Comfortable but could be better with some attention. Kitchen was well stocked utensil wise but cutting knives were dull. Including a knife sharpener would be an easy fix. There’s virtually no sound proofing so every time upstairs flushed the toilet or walked around you could hear it. The second room was small for what they were promoting as a place that sleeps 6. They crammed a queen bed and two bunk beds in a room that is really designed for one bed. It was so tight you couldn’t even use the dresser they have there. Lastly, the closets in both bedrooms are so crammed with storage that there’s not enough room for clothes.

Unfortunate experience
Everything was picture perfect when we arrived. The location was great, garage parking was better, and everything looked just like the pictures. The first night, the heat was not working. When reaching out to on call management, they texted us and we had to light the pilot since it was apparently not lit. We were told we could use the fireplace and space heaters. Maintenance never came to double check that. The heat never worked right. 2 days in the second bathroom got a leak in the ceiling which we thought came from the upstairs neighbor who helped us get the pex line water, shut off. The on call Maintenance was sent mid day the next day. Requiring the bathroom to be out of commision for an entire 24hrs. When I requested a credit, I was denied saying we had another bathroom to use (the smaller of the 2). However, I chose this rental for 2 bathrooms. Even if they woulda done something as a good measure, my rating may be different. This owner/ property management company doesn't do the right thing when it comes dwn to it. Good Luck if you choose to stay here!

The condo was awesome!!! Great location from Park City!!! It was the perfect retreat from all the hustle and bustle of Main Street. Best part was garage parking!!! The condo had everything you needed. Definitely booking again.

This location was a great base to explore the area. We were close to heber city with great food options, and next to park city, deer valley, jordenelle reservoir and Olympic park with all the activities. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Beds nice, lots of space for unpacking. The clubhouse is nice for sitting, but pool cues are mostly broken, and ping pong table is placed awkwardly so if you miss at all the ball goes under furniture and is tough to find. Pool is lovely and we typically had it to ourselves.

The property appeared to may have not been utilized in sometime and overall is quite dated. The automatic door wouldn't not lock, light bulbs were out, parking spot in the garage was incredibly small, sheets appeared old (believe they were washed but had marks on them). Property management did get the door working the next day.

Beautiful property
Stayed in the off season (summer). The location is absolutely beautiful and the property is spacious and clean. There are so many things to do in Fox bay and the surrounding area. This is the second time we’ve stayed in fox bay and this property was the better of the two stays! You won’t regret it.

My daughter and I came here for a get away for our birthdays. We loved it here! The place was clean and cozy!!! And the clubhouse was an added bonus, we had fun going and playing ping pong and pool in the evenings! I would highly recommend!!!

Not Clean! Good location. Won't be back.
It was obvious the unit was not cleaned well at all as soon as we walked in. Crumbs on the kitchen counters and floor, dirty bath towel hanging on a bedroom door, a phone cover sticking out of the couch cushion, a bandaid on the floor in one of the bathrooms, and zero vacuum marks in the carpets of the bedrooms. It was a Sunday afternoon check-in so the property manager could not really do anything to help. She could not get me a vacuum or sanitizing wipes or cleaner for us to use to clean the condo until the next day. Not impressed at all with the service. The unit is in a great location, it just needs a better cleaning crew and more oversight!

This condo has plenty of amenities. It's a quiet neighborhood. First time we stayed in this area and it's convenience to get to Homestead Crater hot springs and ice castles. You will need a car to get to Deer Valley and there's no bus that can take you there.

Awesome place near Park City!
Had an amazing time at this property which had a great location, close to Park City (15 minute drive). Relaxing in front of the fireplace and making the short walk to the hotub were some highlights.

Warm and Cozy
We stayed here for the week of Christmas and enjoyed everything. The condo was clean and exactly as described. The beds and pillows were comfortable, which is huge as I have a debilitating back condition, and had plenty of linens and towels for the 4 of us. The unit had no problem keeping up with the frigid air. The sidewalks and roads within the complex stayed clear of snow. Each day around 5am the sidewalks would be hand shoveled and the roads were plowed. We loved that the fireplace warmed the unit up quickly. Our kids enjoyed the sled that was provided and the boot/glove dryer for when they came in to warm up. Most of the appliances appeared new with minimal usage. The pictures do not show it however there is a large TV mounted in the 2nd bedroom which was nice for the kids to watch movies on. The location was just right. We went into Heber City a few times for meals and grocery shopping. Park City was close enough for meals, shopping, and skiing. We even enjoyed going to Woodward for tubing and skiing. The Salt Lake City airport was and easy drive. The only cons that we noticed were that the listing stated games were available however that wasn’t really the case. Since we were flying from Georgia we chose not to bring anything extra. There was a chess game, a 24 piece puzzle, and a partial deck of cards. The kitchen was well stocked except there were only 2 skillets, one small one and one medium one, they both have seen better days. Also, we chose this unit since it was advertised as being on the lower level/no stairs. There are 3 different entrances to the building and regardless of which entrance you take there are indeed stairs that you must encounter in order to enter the building. This was difficult for me due to my back. Our experience overall with this unit and the surrounding complex was pleasant and we highly recommend it. Oh and we absolutely loved having the garage accessible out of the snow and cold.

The beds were very comfortable the location was just great. The only problem we had was the keypad jammed and froze so we couldn’t get back in the condo. Greg came by and was very quick in fixing the problem
