Wedding in Heber city

Close to the wedding venue, house was clean. Missing some basic items like no toaster, only one hand towel, one kitchen towel. Yard was unkempt, But fenced in which helped. Served our purposes.

Don’t be fooled, Buyer beware!

Pictures do NOT tell the story here. No central air. No soap to wash your hands, dispensers filled with water!? 🤣 Beds are old and really hard. No hand railing on the stairs. Your toddlers are not safe here! Don’t let the updated front of the home fool you. This place is a dump.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities

Very convenient to town and baseball fields. The place was dirty, and unkept. The yard was completely dead, no grass and the back yard had tree starts all over some as tall as my 6 yr old. Some of the doors were hard to shut and open, they would jam. The AC was set to 53 and never got colder than 70 at one point it was 79 in the house. The garage was dirty, cobwebbs everywhere. The basement bunk room had a dirty sock in it and cobwebbs and spiders. The stairs are extremely small and steep be very careful! No kitchen cooking essentials. We had to ask the neighbor for salt and pepper. Not worth the price.

Beautiful and comfortable

The rental home was beautiful and very comfortable. It was a great place to stay while visiting family. The kids enjoyed the board games provided. We would definitely stay here again!
