After booking with a late check out at 1:00. When checking in desk attendant couldn’t find at first, but did confirm, we had. I also have an email, that said it was approved. Did not relay the message to morning attendant, the following day. Was told did not have access to the system. I don’t understand, how an employee is not properly trained. Had very poor attitude, put the blame on afternoon girl. Got four calls. Two messages, that our stuff was still in room. Attendant had a poor attitude when leaving message. Very unprofessional. Cut our shopping trip short, to address the situation. We checked out early and headed home.

This hotel is nicely decorated, with newish furnishings and pretty big photographs of Pittsburgh. It is spotlessly clean. I like it that there is a refrigerator and a microwave. I like it that there is a proper thermostat on the wall. I don't like it that the only light in the bathroom is the one that also turns the fan on. There is a very nice Cafe downstairs for breakfast. But I wish that there was an ice machine on the second floor where I am. I will stay here again despite the fact that the beds are so high off the ground that it is difficult for me to get in and out!

The hotel smelled and the room smelled worse. I think it might have been fumigating for bed bugs. Breakfast lacked what most other hotels offer.

This hotel needs updated, no usb ports for charging. Fixtures in tub need updated, looked corroded. Most outlets in room look corroded, one looked burnt. Furnishings outdated. Breakfast was a frozen breakfast sandwich that you had to microwave.

The motel was very clean and comfortable. There was a problem with the shower valve so that it only had hot water. The water was definitely hot! I notified the front desk on checkout. It was a little noisy above my room during the night. Other guests are not always considerate of others but it settled down.
