Copa Cabana is the perfect getaway for you & your family. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath single family house with 3 decks is just a short stroll to the public beach access.

Amenities:
Central air/heat, 3 color TVs with cable app, DVD player, wireless internet access, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, carport with wet weather entry, 2 sundecks with deck furniture. Sorry, this property does not have a phone.

Location:
Your beach rental is located approximately 1.2 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island, puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

TOWELS, SHEETS, TOILET PAPER, TRASH BAGS, LAUNDRY/DISH SOAP ETC. ARE NOT INCLUDED. Please read below.

Nothing like the ocean
House was wonderful, short walk across the street to access the beach (which was phenomenal), well stocked with necessary items. We even set up a pickleball court in the driveway, perfect size, enjoyed a steamed pot of seafood on the picnic table and a couple of us worked out under the house to stay cool in the mornings.

Lovely home close to beach access
We were thrown by not realizing we needed to bring our own linens and blankets, but that worked out fine. House was plenty large enough for five adults and two children. There were games and puzzles that the kids loved.
