You’ll love our place because The Bamboo Hotel has a fantastic pool area with lots of Hawaiian foliage, waterfalls, Bar-B-Que area and cabanas to relax. There is also a cafe next to the pool. You will love the relaxing atmosphere at the pool area. You can visit the Honolulu Zoo, the Waikiki Aquarium, and the famous Waikiki Beach which are all in walking distance.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business traveler

during our stayed here its been fun, location are very easy access going to a beach 2 blocks away, walkable to restaurant and mall 5 to 10 minutes. every night we go to swap meet nearby mall alley.

Close to beach and comfortable room. Beware that parking is an issue. There is no parking at this location; you have to hunt down parking on street or at parking garages. But it was quiet and comfortable and great location.

Great little spot. Some dust here and there but three balconies were terrific. Corner spot was nice and quiet. The AC was a God send. Easy walking to Honolulu zoo, Waikīkī beach and great shopping! Parking is tricky. Tiny secret balcony with beach toys was cool. Pool had an ice ambiance. Non alcoholic bar.

Great place & it LITERALLY has EVERYTHING YOU NEED! The area has a bunch food places around that are walkable & if you do plan on renting a car please let the host know ahead of time there is not much parking. I was able reserve a parking spot and my vacation was just perfect! Whenever I didn't feel like driving around I can easily walk around and get food or go shopping. I def would recommend this place :)

We LOVE this unit!! 2nd time staying at it! It has everything you need in the unit. Perfect size for our family of 4.(2 adults, teen, and child) it is in a great location so close to the beach and shops. Pool and hot tub area is so well maintained! Thanks again for a great stay.

Love it!
Loved the convenience of this location. Walking distance from pretty much all you would need. We did not have a rental car so walking was everywhere, we did the zoo, the mall and of course the beach multiple times a day. We enjoyed the full kitchen as it saved dinner a few nights, and also having access to some beach items that were left for use. The owner was very responsive and helped us check in early and also gave recommendations for company’s in the area to help rent items for our infant. Would recommend!

After reading reviews, I was worried about this property, but everything was good. There are no issues, except there is no BBQ at the moment :). It is close to the beaches, grocery stores, and main street. Just if you need parking, book ahead. But the receptionist will propose some options. Thank you to the host for the proper communication as well!

Perfect for families
The apartment was very clean, despite what some other guests mentioned and I am a stay at home mom who is quite particular about cleanliness. Location is awesome, next door to Maguro Spot for their yummy poke bowls and we walked everywhere in Waikiki from the hotel. Hot tub was great after a busy day out. Kitchen cupboard door looks new(the upper ones) and the kitchen is great for families.

The property was very cleaned, Mark had everything we needed the only thing that made it challenging was looking for parking in such a busy location, beach was 5 mins away walking distance really convenient, love Hawaii can't wait to visit again soon

BAMBOO APARTMENT
THE APARTMENT IS AGED AND NEEDS MUCH WORK, PAINTING, CLEANING ETC. THERE WERE FOOD SCRAPS ON THE KITCHEN FLOOR, HUMAN WASTE IN TOILET BRUSH HOLDER, KITCHEN FLOOR DIRTY, KITCHEN ITEMS NOT ADEQUATE, CHAIR BADLY STAINED, APARTMENT NOT CLEANED PROPERLY, ETC. THE HOTEL HAD ELEVATOR PROBLEMS, WITH ONE NOT WORKING FOR THE 21 DAYS WE WERE THERE AND THE OTHER OUT FOR 24 HOURS AND FLOOR BUTTONS OFTEN NOT WORKING. WE HAVE TAKEN PHOTOS OF FOOD SCRAPS, TOILET BRUSH HOLDER AND DIRTY KITCHEN FLOOR. WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN

Great unit for our family
Perfect unit for our family (2 adults, a teen, and child). We actually have stayed in a few different rooms at this property and this one so far has been the best for our family. The full kitchen was so great. We really enjoyed the 3 lanais. Will hopefully be returning again!

Hawaii on a budget
I would like to take all my children, with their children to Hawaii. This place is the perfect place to stay if they have one child. We were a party of four. It fit all our needs, was very clean and the location couldn't have been better. We used the kitchen for more than half our meals. We walked to the beach, Zoo, food and shopping with a 3 year old. Best of all this place is on several bus lines, which we used to get around Waikiki. Our room overlooked the pool with a tropical setting and it was nice to go and take a little swim after dinner. Yes, I would recommend and will be coming back.
