Inside your cozy air-conditioned unit, you'll find an open and inviting layout with a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a pull-out sleeper sofa, and a coffee table. Step out onto the lanai where you can relax at the table with 2 chairs and soak in the surroundings. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a mini refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and basic cooking utensils. Stay connected with free high-speed wireless INTERNET and enjoy cable TV for your entertainment needs. For your beach days, we've got you covered with beach essentials, including beach towels, 2 comfortable beach chairs, and a convenient cooler bag.

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
PARKING:
Please note this is a privately owned unit. The parking capacity in the building is limited and hotel guests have priority. The parking spot cannot be reserved, it works on a first come first serve basis; if there is availability, it costs $40.00 per day, payable directly to the front desk. When you arrive, you can park on the driveway for a short time, then ask the front desk agent if there is parking available. If available, they will require you to register the vehicle providing the license plate number, color, make, and model. We apologize beforehand for the uncertainty.
CHECKOUT CLEANING:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and a blanket are on the dresser.
LAUNDRY ROOM:
The laundry facilities are conveniently situated in the basement and operate using credit cards. You can access the laundry area using the keycard provided inside the unit. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash chutes are located on each floor.
3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:
Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well.
