The casino does not pay out AT ALL. Machines are so tight. Betting $2 and winning .2 cents. The “resort” needs major work. It’s run down and only have 2 sit down restaurants that have the exact same menu. Went to Gatsby Restaurant at 11am on a Sunday for breakfast and they said they were closed and opening back up in 15 mins for lunch. The restaurants are soooooo slow. Food takes forever and not busy at all. The staff in casino and hotel desk are very friendly, except the one girl who checked me in. Very rude, short, and talked so low I could barely hear her and then had an attitude when I asked again. Never even me where my room was located. Needless to say go to another casino/resort. The place definitely went down hill and machines are awful.

1st time at this Property staff very friend and helpful during check-in, very clean but my room had low water pressure next morning when showing

Not the best hotel I've stayed at

Lighting in the hallways was so bright that I had to walk with my head down to keep the light from shining right into my eyes. The beds were hard as a rock and the temperature in the room was hard to control so I went back and forth from hot to cold all night. The bathrooms were clean, but pretty outdated and could use an upgrade. We found trash left in the drawers of the nightstand.

Facility location seemed bleak. Hotel looked much older than the pictures in ads. Check in staff was not friendly. I did not feel safe at this location. The room and floor I was on smelled like it had been smoked in.
