Booked room for my grandson. They wouldn't honor the reservation because it had my name on reservation. I talked to clerk over the phone, she refused to give him the room. I had to drive 40 minutes to the property, showed her the same reservation info and got room keys. Terrible experience in hotel operations.

This was my first time at this resort. The room was clean. My only complaint was not being able to get something to eat at the Mahogany Bar just before 10:00 pm on a Saturday night.

Meh, but OK

Only used the older attached Hotel. We went to the casino for 15 minutes. It was nice. The sports bar was good but over priced for a casino. Al's was decently priced and quality food. We basically used this as a roadside stop for a Pittsburg museum trip.

Dirty

The bathroom in my room was filthy, they had to move me to another room and the bathroom was filthy as well. Housekeeper came in and cleaned but they just do not clean well. toilet had not been cleaned for months, and instead of using a disinfecting cleaner they used vinegar. would not recommend
