The staff were very friendly and nice. They helped me resolve all my issues. They were very helpful and accomodating. The rooms are very clean. Probably the most comfortable bed and pillow I have stayed at. The breakfast was delicious. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Mgr Dino is excellent but the hotel needs more work. Breakfast is very disappointing as they serve the same menu almost daily and comforter for the bed is so old though clean, it was pretty worn out. I cant believe Hyatt uses such poor comforter quality. Great location.
