Enjoyed our stay. Have stayed in this building many times and the location works very well for us. Love the views of the harbor and ocean from this property but the view from this particular unit isn’t great because of the low floor. The unit was well appointed and comfortable and was clean … only reason I gave it a 4 for cleanliness is because of under kitchen sink was really dirty and inside of garbage cans were also very dirty….otherwise it was clean

Spacious unit with a very nice lay out. Property is well maintained, clean with lots of amenities. Manager allowed us to enter early to store our bags. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

We liked the convenience of the location. We did not appreciate the horribly uncomfortable bed or the fact that the condo is located directly above a bar which has loud bands playing every single night. A good night sleep is important to me. The horribly noisy bathroom fan really needs to be addressed also. Aside from those things it is a very nice condo. I will not rent this unit again or recommend it to others due to the noise from the bar and the horrible mattress.

Depends on what you’re looking for
Good spot if you’re there to party. Bad spot if you have kids and want to get a good night’s rest. Beds not very comfortable, very loud party boats and parties going till the early morning hours. If we were young and without kids it would have been ideal.

Great Location for the Beach and Downtown
Loved we could see the water & beach from our balcony. However, condo sits right above bar/restaurant and they play load music until midnight. That was a little hard to deal with on the days we had a full day of hiking or fun in the sun. There was no info on the parking situation and ticket pass purchase. If you stay for a week or more buy the weekly ticket and ONLY SCAN THAT TICKET COMING AND GOING…. Do not pull any more parking tickets coming into the garage. This would have been helpful to know. Also if we could have just paid a little extra during our rental for a parking pass that would have been even better!!!! A pizza cutter would be nice to add to your inventory list, & kitchen towels. Bed is hard and you can feel the springs. However ..,, we could see the water every morning with our coffee. Thank you for the stay, Ronnie & Renae Minnesota

But, hey. That's not the fault of the property owner! This unit is directly above the Chart House Waikiki and it can be noisy as the Chart House keeps their windows open and the drinks are strong!

Overall nice place to stay
The property was as-advertised, and many of the reviews seemed accurate. There is a lot of street noise from traffic and the bar below the condo. The bed frame seemed to be falling apart and was allowing the mattress to sink into the frame; I had to move the mattress to the floor for better sleep. Sometimes the toilet handle would stick open, and there was water dripping out of the ducting above the shower.(condensation?) Otherwise, it was a very nice place. Clean and tidy, with extra pillows, plenty of cookware in the kitchen, great AC, and an amazing view especially during sunsets. The location was very centralized and close to the beach and many amenities.

One of the best places to stay on Waikiki!
Our condo was spacious, clean, and had all the basic necessities needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. It also included beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys, life jackets and a pair of snorkeling goggles. Kitchen has all necessary items. We saved tons of money by cooking most meals at "home" and making lunches for on the go. Costco (a few miles away) and many other stores close by. This place is within walking distance to many great restaurants as well. Also just a few minutes walk to the beach and lagoon. Our view was wonderful! Paul was quick to respond to our questions and needs. The only thing that would have made this better would have been parking included, but understandable, considering most places charge for parking. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it!
