Why was there a hole in the kitchen ceiling.

I didn't get the codes for entrance to the property till after 4:00 when I contacted VAnesca and waited and waited. The person I spoke to was wonderful and got us in. The beds were great! The shower and bathroom excellent. The decor looked like shabby chic with more shabby than chic. I would like some returned funds for the hole in the ceiling. Thank you

Midst of the Gorge; Great Coffee Shop Downstairs

We loved this fun loft apartment overlooking the center of town. Great contemporary style, super comfortable, very clean, everything we needed was there. The only thing to note for larger groups is the open plan - no doors on bedrooms.

Great place in heart of downtown

Neat modern condo with easy walking to all of the great restaurants, bars, breweries, and wine shops in town. Loved our trip down there to hike waterfalls and enjoy local fare.

Amazing Stay!

This place is fantastic! Great layout, fully stocked, right in the center of great places to eat and shop. Parking is very limited space under the building, but plenty of ‘on-street’ parking available. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a stay here!

Avoid Vacasa

Great place, but horrendous experience with management company Vacasa. AC was broken on arrival and had to to spend three restless nights with then windows open listening to the loud street and sweating in bed. Finally got a portable AC delivered on day 4 but trying to get a small refund back took 8 calls and five texts and after a month no compensation. I will not stay in a Vacasa managed place again sadly.

Hood River stay

Place was nice, management service company was helpful, but bathroom light was missing a bulb (not a standard light bulb). Small TV in family room, but only works with apps from the renter, so basically no TV. I could not get the stereo to work. Frame for the bed consists of a few boards of plywood on a few concrete blocks. Nevertheless, these were relatively small things and we enjoyed the stay.

Charming HR Vibe

Returning to HR was more enjoyable because of this loft! We lived on Oak St 16 years ago and being a block down we listened to music from the restaurants till the late hours. It was necessary to park our Suburban on the street, a little challenging with the tourist town, but even with the 4th it wasn’t a deterrent to rebook when we go back. There was an issue with new linens and the bathroom rug (dye bleeding) but they will take care of it now. Google how much laundry soap to use or it might get sudsy! The fun art in the loft and textiles made us feel right at home and part of the city! Book and Enjoy!

Bien localisé mais décevant

Les instructions pour l’arrivée ne sont pas clair, la localisation, le stationnement... Emplacement bruyant sur la rue principale, de plus, les rideaux sont uniquement décoratifs vous devez vive au rythme du soleil et comme aucune pièces n’est fermé il fait claire dans tout l’appartement même la nuit en raison des lumières de rue. Aucune pression dans la douche donc impose de se rincer les cheveux convenablement. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix !! Décevant
