I booked a room from Oct 29th to Nov 3rd because of my grandfather's death. I only stayed 3 nights & was in a different room each night until I checked out Nov. 1st. The 1st room(420) the water wasn't draining out of the tub. I was told it would be looked at that morning while i was away to come back that night to find water still in the tub... So i was moved to room 414 where the TV wasn't working properly & the bathroom light was going out. After going to the front desk to complain about 414 i was told to unplug the TV in 414 & that maintenance fixed 420 & i could check if i liked. Water was still in 420 a day later & unplugging the tv as requested didn't resolve the issue in 414. So after all of this i ended up in 416 my last night. I checked out the next day around 9am, manager wasn't present so i was told to leave my information... 5 days later i still haven't received a receipt as requested & my account is showing 5 nights charged even though i only stayed 3 nights & all the issues. I called the hotel today Nov 6th to be met with aggression after asking to speak with the manager just to be told the manager wasn't there & call back tomorrow after explaining why i requested the manager in the first place. I've stayed at this hotel numerous of times & never had issues i don't know if its different ownership/management but it is not the same feeling as past experiences.

I brought my grandchildren so i could swim with them had to buy 2 rooms. The pool was 20 degrees. Me and another person with kids complained we asked for heat to be turned on. Couldn't do it only maintenance could they say. Well after i paid 400 for the weekend seems like someone should of tried to figure it out

When I arrived the owner/ desk clerk took forever checking me in. My card was already on file. He then ask for driver license / ID. He then asked for the credit card. He had already taken my money out of my bank account but he wa just wasting our time. We were tired and he could not get the card to work. I booked a double bed. He said he was upgrading us to king.(oh my, the worst) When we arrived in room 313 the towel rack was on the floor. Towels dirty. Went down to the desk he gave me room 215. We had to move our things. The door did not open. We went down to the desk again. They did not apologize and then moved us to 213. There was a view of the roof, the mattress was hard, and the refrigerator not worst. My uncle stayed at the same hotel. He said it was the worst ever and I agree! Never again. There was no sense of urgency at all!

The first room provided was occupied as we discovered upon opening the door. The second room had standing water in the tub and the toilet did not flush. The third was “inspected” before giving us the key. It smelled like pet urine.

The first room they put us in had a big water bubble under the paint where the roof was leaking. The bathroom lights didn't work. The next room the microwave was dirty with food in it. The shower curtain was had mold on it the base of the toilet was dirty. Overall bad stay we won't even use them again.

Rooms had mold on the walls. No shower curtains. One our rooms our toddler found a vape on the floor and almost put it in his mouth. The pull out couch had a urine stain sheet and mattress. We had booked 4 rooms and had to be move because of these issues. The hotel staff was great in assisting us.
