Upon checking in the desk, staff was incredibly helpful. More so than typical Hotels and no not only because of the delicious warm chocolate chip cookie. They were informational and helped us understand some options for dinner and they told us about the delicious drinks and dinner on the property, which was completely true. Best flatbread ever. And the drinks were delicious. The room was clean and beautiful. We had a wonderful view. We sat outside overlooking the lake with the fire pit and everything was manicured and clean. Just a wonderful experience at this hotel and we will be back.

The hotel was nice. It was clean and it seemed to be maintained well. My issue was when I arrive to check in. The lady said that by booking through Hotels.com no additional accommodations could be made so it made me feel that if I didn’t book through Hilton that I was not important as a customer.
