The neighborhood seemed unsafe and the side street to exit on has tremendous potholes and has not been maintained well by the City of Houston.

This without a doubt the worst Courtyard by Mariot I’ve ever stayed in. The hallways smelled like marijuana bad and everything was damp feeling. My room had a horrible (HORRIBLE) chemical smell coming from the a/c trying to cover up something. When I complained to the front desk, they sent someone to spray more chemicals. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls at the seems it was so damp, the carpet almost felt mushy because it hadn’t been cleaned in so long. The worst part was the room felt damp or almost wet. My throat hurt after sleeping in this room. This is just my opinion, but there has to be mold in this hotel as damp as everything feels. That is why I think my throat hurt every morning I woke up. Let me just say, I don’t typically leave reviews, but here is your warning from someone who works in Houston several times a year, DO NOT stay here.

The lack of amenities, pool was closed and no Jacuzzi. Dining limitations meant I DoorDashed lunch and dinner. A run down neighborhood meant I didn't feel comfortable walking to Denny's 2 miles away. It was an older property that just hasn't been kept up and updated. The staff was super friendly and don't want to rip on them, but I'd never go back.

This hotel is great and very close to the airport!! Nothing fancy but nice rooms and wonderful staff. Bed was comfy and shower was great! It’s right next to the freeway but I never heard it, the area around is very industrial!

Should have known when we drove in and there was a 6 foot fence around the place. Or when I walked into the lobby and the smell was unpleasant. Carpets in hall hadn’t been cleaned and a lot of it needed to be changed. It was old and unraveling. Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows were terrible. Will not be staying here again. Plus side - staff was great.
