The staff was rude and didn’t share their names. One made a copy of my passport which I want to be destroyed. I asked for a different room after having a leaky toilet. I also noticed roaches crawling around.

I liked that I felt safe and there were stores in walking distance. I didn't like that I wasn't told that the rooms didn't have a microwave or refrigerator. My toilet didn't flush, had to pour water in it to flush.

Room in very poor/beaten-up condition. Louder than it could be due to the old cracked vinyl flooring. Bed was old / non-pillow top, and the pillows were tiny. They require a $60 damage deposit which is fine, but if you pay this in cash you have to wait for them to inspect your room when you check out. Property claims to have airport shuttle service but it doesn't run regularly and I couldn't find a local number to phone them, so ended up hitching a ride with another hotel's shuttle and walking the rest of the way! There was not enough water pressure for me to have a shower in the morning. The girl at the front said this was due to the city doing some work, and if true then I can't fault them for that, but it would've been nice to know. No complaints with the staff I dealt with, they were pleasant enough. But not enough for me to ever want to return. Not worth trying to save $20-25 by staying here as a cheap option, there are many great hotels nearby, you will not regret paying a bit more for a decent sleep and room.
