We booked a 2 queen room with pull out couch to sleep 5. We got a king room and pullout couch. They said our room we booked was unavailable. They had no rollaway beds so someone had to sleep on the floor. After being in a car driving for 15 hours that is completely unacceptable.

Stay at this Holiday Inn Express was outstanding. Hotel was very new, clean and room was large. The best room I've ever stayed in for this hotel chain. I will stay here again and recommend this place to others.

Smell....
Quick one night stay because we were traveling through to San Antonio. We arrived late and was too tired to say anything about a smell in our room. The smell was there in the lobby and front desk said it was due to a two year long renovation job. What made it worse was our room. The a.c must not run in the room, because it was hot and it had a mussy smell that I thought would go away after a few minutes of the room cooling off....but it didn't. It was the smell for me....beware!
