I’ve stayed in many Holiday Inns before but this was the worse experience ever! We had to change rooms 3 times! First the TVs didn’t work in the room. We spend a lot of time with the front desk lady going from room to room trying to find a working tv. Then they had some kind of major leak or something and the ceilings were coming down and then the leak soaked the carpet and messed up my shoes! AND they decided to pull well lift up the carpet. As I stepped off the elevator and turned the corner, I almost tripped and fell. The carpet was up wires and cords everywhere from a blower. It was a terrible experience. The customer service was poor. However it was convenient to the railcar.

Amazing! Front office staff was so kind and helpful! The elevator stuck for few minutes but the lady was so prompt to help and as a compensation, she didn’t charge for parking for a night. Very professional!
