5 mins from airport. Room and property were clean and employee at the counter was friendly and professional. Only complaint was we had a very early flight and we kept hearing music. We dont know if the hotel had something going on or if it was from a guest. Either way, it kept us up 4 a little bit, not too long or we would have called down about it. We do recommend this hotel if you fly out of IAH since its affordable and the proximity 2 the airport is so convenient

Good place to stay for a quick night in Houston
We had an unplanned stay in Houston but this place was easy to book and wasy to get to with their shuttle service (they picked us up from terminal C). They also dropped us off the mext day. Excellent service. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated but xomfortable enough for a night or 2. Breakfast was also good with good variety and the lunch options were good to (recommend Club Sandwich) Overall a good place to stay

Roach infested and nasty
Upon checking in the desk clerk was not friendly at all. I checked I went to room slide my suitcase in the room and off to find ice and soda. Upon returning I walked in room and the walls and bed had roaches crawling around. Immediately when back to the fronted to report issues and checkout.The incident fee is outrageously high. $100.00. The upkeep of the hotel is not appealing enough for that amount. I would recommend getting an exterminator to spray the building down.That is very unexceptable. And remove the old stain carpet throughout the building.

It was convenient having to be so close to the airport for traveling, and they offer a shuttle service (super awesome driver. However, the elevator smells like something died, the staff isn’t very friendly, or helpful. I get it, you pulled the early shift, it sucks, but it looks super unprofessional just sitting on the fireplace, and having the guests throw their keys into a bucket. Seen multiple people look for the guest attendant, so make yourself visible. Also make some coffee for the early guests, or simply put the coffee items away. I worked in the hotel service before and customer service for over 10 years, it’s not hard to make coffee. And lastly, I know for a fact I dead bolted my door, which was not dead bolted in the morning, odd & super frightening.
