There were 5 of us waiting to check in at 1 am in the morning after being dropped off by their shuttle. There were TWO people behind the desk while only one was checking in, the other was just sitting there observing when clearly everyone was exhausted and waiting to crash. The smell on the premises was very bad.

Staff was okay at check in but couldn’t be bothered at check out. I came down for my 5:30 AM shuttle at 5:20 and waited until 5:40 so asked the woman at checkout if the shuttle was coming. She said I was too late and missed it. I stepped outside and ordered an Uber and that driver and the shuttle both arrived consecutively at 5:45. I asked the shuttle driver if he was the 6:00 shuttle and he said no, he was the 5:30 but running a little late. Woman at checkout just couldn’t be bothered to have found out. Just generally seemed like employees hated where they worked.

They were short-staffed and only had 1 person at the Check-in desk when we got there. We were about 10th in line and it took 40 minutes to Check-in even though we prechecked in online. The desk clerk, however, was very kind and patient with everyone even though it was a stressful situation for him.

I have used this hotel many times and they've never disappointed.However do not ever book the country in hotels and suites because they lie about providing a shuttle which is what I had intended to book that for. This property Doesn't lie about the Shuttle and now i am out of hundred dollars because the country inn hotels and suites will not reimburse me for their lie. This property however is great.

Really old facilities. Elevator smelled horrible. Carpet was old and dirty, old AC, door didn't lock easily, bathtub not clean. Toilet was wonky and you had to flush 2 o 3 times. Water faucet dripping. Alarm turned on at 1 am waking us frightened...

The hotel is dirty. The floors looks like it was not cleaned. But the worse was the elevator. It’s so dirty!!!!! The smell is horrible! They need to improve a lot , cleaning the whole facility!
