They didn’t have the room we booked and had to down grade to a different room, no refund offered for difference between room types. We didn’t have enough towels in the room for all guests and we went to front desk to ask for more and there was no towels at all available. The room was ok for a night after long flight. Pool area nice and restaurant very good and service here much better than front desk.

This hotel is completely dirty I saw bugs under the bed . The hotel had to change me room 2 times due to dirty nasty disgusting sheets . I pulled the sheets back in one room it was a chip on the sheets a yellow stain and black hair on the bed . Got sent to a second room hair and linen all over the sheets please look elsewhere.

I called for pick up, told me to go to terminal one or two, i can't find either. Called back, guy basically hangs up. I asked an employee at the airport where terminal 1 or 2 was. He explained thst was the int'l airport not hobby. Called back 7 times to cancel. They didn't pick up. No biggie stayed at a best Western near hobby. But they were rude

TV not working. Moved to new room and that TV not working. A/C was spotty as to providing comfort. Wife say room smelled old and outdated. Staff were accommodating, but no maintenance after 4 pm. Guess that’s why rate was low.

We will never stay here again
People living at the hotel had no care about anyone else. Screaming, yelling and slamming doors for hours and even after calling front desk they still were slamming doors until early hours. To our knowledge no one did anything about it. The a/c cooled next to it but it didn’t blow the air around the room so it was hot. The bathroom you had no air flow at all. The shower was terrible on pressure.

Hotels.com and Hotel Ramada are terreble because both of them charged me a night payment. And not refond me both of them. They said this is problem each other. No responsability and shame of managerment. I am forigner and I can do only clame. Finally I paid 2 nights payment for a 1 night. Terreble!

Property was more run down than pictures displayed. There was a constant unpleasant smell due to the restaurant being inside hotel and the pool was green. we was told it was because of the humidity in that area?

Staff was friendly but when I arrived to my room there was water on the floor, mini fridge was broken, microwave smelled like old food, my door didn't feel safely locked, bar soaps been used, and soap dispensers in bathroom were not attached to the walls properly. My experience there was highly unpleasant I just decided to go somewhere else for the rest of my stay

My fight was delayed and I couldn’t be there the day I was suppose to be there . I called them to let them know that I was going to arrived the following day . When I finally got there , I found out that the reservation had been cancelled . To get another room I have to pay more . Also the hotel offers free breakfast but is not free you have to buy breakfast if you want to eat there .
