The whole property was in bad condition, trash cans overflowing, outside looked dirty and not maintained, the pool was the nicest looking thing and it was closed. The room looked equally run down but it did look like it had at least been cleaned. However the safety lock on the door was missing 2 screws and the other two were barely hanging on! I did let them know and they "fixed" it. Houston was recovering from the hurricane so the TV and phones were not working which is understandable but $150 is way too much for 2 nights. We made the mistake of getting this place after having no power due to the hurricane. Will not stay here again and do not recommend!!

Very rude hotel staff
I did not stay here. The staff at the front desk was rude. Even though there was a hurricane that hit the area, and I'm sure there were a lot of people looking for shelter due to power outages, the staff could have been more courteous. I'll never attempt to spend my money where the customer tis poor
