The space:

This lovely House is located at Gatan Rd, and is really close to most Katy mill shopping complex, Katy downtown attractions. It's the perfect starting point to explore the city's wonderful day and nightlife.
The House was recently under renovation, making it incredibly comfortable and stylish while maintaining the original charm and character of the old town.

This very cozy House has the capacity for 1-2 people and is ideal for adventurous friends or young couples passionate about traveling with authenticity!

You will find one very welcoming living room that features the main window that brings plenty of natural light and adds extra depth in the space.

The bedroom comes with a comfy double bed and mattress, a beautiful solid oak desk, a bed side table and a chair. The design was kept simple and the room was decorated with the least number of things, to preserve that natural bedroom-related feeling.

The kitchen is fully equipped with every essential item to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible! It includes a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave, and a cooktop.

Last but not least, one private bathroom with a shower, towels and toiletries.
(Extra care given to cleaning surfaces, doorknobs, cabinet handles, sinks, refrigerator door, remote control, etc.)

All of the furniture meets the quality living standards and it is a great home for anyone who wants to stay somewhere affordable without compromising when it comes to comfort.

If you like art and design books you will find lots of them.
