The staff was professional, courteous & apologetic I checked in early without going to my room. When I got in late I found the door propped open with the deadbolt. Extremely tired, I settled in. The room was okay but the bathroom was dated. The next morning I tried to turn on the TV and only got Newsmax. Got in the shower for the early trip back home only to find no towels. Had to dry off with the floor mat towel. I visit this area a lot but this is my last stay here

This place is dirty. The bathroom is horrible. The bathtub was flithy and roaches were running around.The sink was stopped up. When I pulled the stopper out, hair was wrapped around a roach and clogging up the sink. It was just nasty!

The stay was nice. All the employees were super friendly and the bedroom itself was nice but those bathrooms definitely leave something to be desired. There were no towel racks when I got to my room we had no towels washcloths or hand towels, but the staff was super friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Everything was clean and the bathroom had excellent lighting. I will definitely stay again.

AWFUL!
I have never stayed at a hotel so filthy. I booked a room last minute. Excellent customer service but they room was severely stained and filled with mold from the vents, tub, shower head, and smoke detector. The sheets on the bed also looked used. I ended up leaving a few minutes after being in the room.

Shower was broken, dirty and had mildew. Staff refused to give extra towels and only had 1. No was wash clothes. Also refused to bring linens for pullout bed. Had to go get ourselves and didn't include sheets and of course no pillowcases. Just a blanket and a pillow. Noone ever at the front the desk until you stand there ringing the bell for 15 minutes. Blinds broken in room. Need I say more...
