A pousada Ć© aconchegante, rodeada pela natureza e localizada a 20 minutos a pĆ© da balsa, prĆ³xima a mercados, farmĆ”cias e bares. Ɖ ideal para quem estĆ” de carro e pretende visitar praias mais limpas, como Santa Tereza. Para quem anda a pĆ©, a praia de ItaguaƧu, com Ć”guas claras, estĆ” a 40 minutos. O custo Ć© razoĆ”vel, mas hĆ” uma taxa extra paga no local. O quarto Ć© confortĆ”vel, com ventilador, ar-condicionado, micro-ondas, frigobar e utensĆ­lios de cozinha, sacada com mesa e cadeiras, rede, banheiro excelente, mas nĆ£o hĆ” Ć”gua filtrada ou bebedouro. HĆ” falhas nas informaƧƵes fornecidas, como senha de Wi-Fi incorreta e horĆ”rios de check-out inconsistentes. AlĆ©m disso, o atendimento precisa ser padronizado: nĆ£o havia ninguĆ©m disponĆ­vel no check-out matinal, e informaƧƵes foram desencontradas entre os funcionĆ”rios em que me orientaram e deixar a chave e outro que chegou apĆ³s me questionando se ā€œestava tudo certo?ā€. Apesar disso, Ć© uma boa opĆ§Ć£o para estadias curtas na Ilha. E nĆ£o esqueƧam um repelente potente, nĆ£o subestimem o Borrachudo.

Foi muito boa, cafĆ© da manhĆ£ caseiro e bem gostoso. Quarto nĆ£o Ć© novo, mas Ć© aconchegante com colchĆ£o firme e bom para dormir. Propriedade possui APENAS 4 VAGAS PARA CARRO! Os restantes estacionam na rua (Ćŗnica coisa q nĆ£o gostei).

A recepĆ§Ć£o ficava vazia e algumas necessidades de contato nĆ£o eram imediatos,havia uma restriĆ§Ć£o nas trocas de tolhas e reposiĆ§Ć£o como o de papel higiĆŖnico,precisava ficar pedindo. Minha estadia foi boa, porĆ©m nĆ£o indico caso alguĆ©m vĆ” alugar o quarto com ofurĆ“, ele vem com Ć”gua da rua e provavelmente nĆ£o estĆ” 100% limpa e com a pressĆ£o baixa a Ć”gua quente nĆ£o funciona fora isso piscina muito boa atendimento tambĆ©m. Estacionamento outro problema Ć© rotativo apenas para uns 5 carros e nĆ£o tem estacionamento privativos se as 5 vagas estiverem usando seu carro irĆ” ficar na rua. Pousada bem confortĆ”vel e tranquila. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ uma delicia, muito bem servido, com diversas variedades de pĆ£es, bebidas, e bolos. Quarto limpo, travesseiros macios, nĆ£o tive problemas com insetos. Piscina aquecida, o que Ć© um grande diferencial, pq o tempo estava fechado para ir a praia. Os funcionĆ”rios todos bem discretos e gentis. Obrigado pela estadia, especialmente ao Sr. CearĆ” que passou contatos dĆ³s motoristas que atendem. Pois na Ilha nĆ£o tem nenhum app de corrida. Somente taxi e motoristas particulares.

Completamente decepcionado!
Infelizmente, minha estadia na pousada Atiaia foi a pior que jĆ” tive dentre todas as hospedagens pelas quais passei. Ao chegar na pousada o check-in foi feito por uma funcionĆ”ria completamente sem cordialidade, rĆ­spida e irĆ“nica. SĆ³ nĆ£o foi mais chato porque demorou para cair a ficha do que estava acontecendo. Ao chegar no quarto, havia um cheiro fortĆ­ssimo de urina, alĆ©m da limpeza estar precĆ”ria com pente de cabelo mofado sobre uma das camas, cama de casal sem roupa de cama e sem toalhas. A noite a roupa de cama e banho foi disponibilizada para que nĆ³s, hospedes arrumĆ”ssemos e assim o fizemos. Ao ir tomar banho verificamos que o chuveiro (que Ć© elĆ©trico) estava queimado e a janela que Ć© transparente e sem cortina dĆ” para um corredor no imĆ³vel ao lado com visĆ£o dentro do cĆ“modo. Suplicamos para trocar de quarto, visto que era a melhor soluĆ§Ć£o possĆ­vel apĆ³s todos os problemas, mas infelizmente informaram que a pousada estava com 100% da capacidade em uso na terƧa-feira a noite. As informaƧƵes dadas pelos funcionĆ”rios nĆ£o batiam. Um dizia que o quarto estava fechado e sem uso faz tempo e por isso os problemas, outra dizia que tinha acabado de ser desabitado e limpo. NĆ£o tenho como recomendar a ninguĆ©m apĆ³s a pĆ©ssima experiĆŖncia.
