Had trouble with room refrigerator and resolving the issues took forever. There was no walk in shower and parking was not free. Balcony was not wide enough for any seat and appeared unsafe. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Needs more handicap parking spaces and rear door needs repairs, the handicap opening button did not work.

With 3 stars it was as expected. There was construction, one morning without hot water, entrance doors were stuck, very noisy ice machine near my room. All amenities were good. I’m a camper and with my kids so no worries.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room though had paint chipped and water damage. The sliding door to the very small balcony was extremely difficult to open. They just need to spend some money and time on updating the grounds and rooms. Loved the heated pool that was incredibly clean and the tiki bar.

The staff was quite nice at check-in and in the Atrium Lounge. Our room was next to the ice maker so at 10:36, 1:24am and 6:35 we could hear the rattle of ice. Also, the air conditioning blew on our faces in bed whenever it kicked on. Not a good night’s sleep.

This particular hotel was recommended to us by family and we were in need of a few days of R&R from work. It was perfect. There was a pool, hot tub, easy boardwalk access to the beach, rooms were spotless, food and drinks at the outside bar and inside dining was fantastic. The area has some great restaurants as well, a nearby bar has trivia night (hilarious) and kareoke. Staff was friendly, not to busy to chat for a moment, complimentary and informative. We will be back.

Front desk was great. Robinson from outdoor bar was wonderful. Hotel was clean and quiet - loved our Oceanside room. It was peaceful enough that I was able to listen to the surf at night.
