Overall I love Embassy Suites. The evening reception and breakfast were perfect. The pool was a fun time. The only negative for me is the layout of the building. The second room in the suite has windows (frosted and with blinds) but the kids found it distracting and a little frightening to be able to see shadows out the window. Eliminated being able to use the pull out for sleeping.

The temperature in the room and the hotel itself was extremely warm. You could not adjust the thermostat in the room and the hotel had a sign that said open your windows if you were hot. The entire hotel was like a earn sauna. Other: The staff was not welcoming at all. There was no customer service focus whatsoever and I think they are missing that piece that serves to provide a customer experience that would most likely make the customer want to book their next stay at the hotel.

When I checked in they gave me a dirty room. Then they moved me and the people next door were up all night banging on the walls, running in and out of the room, screaming and yelling. I called security twice and they still didn’t stop until around 2am in the morning.

From the start, I spoke with someone at the front desk to adjust my reservation (prior to arrival) and they were rude and unhelpful. When I arrived the employee (Shauntee I believe) at the front desk MORE than made up for the previous worker’s attitude; she had excellent customer. She was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was great. Housekeeping was awful. Our garbage cans had likely not be cleaned in many change overs, there were socks and an earring in the pullout couch. The sheets had obvious stains, one pillow case appeared to have blood on it. There were chocolate chips scattered throughout the room. There was no conditioner left in the bathroom (wall pumps). Common areas were nice, and I never encountered an unkind employee face-to-face.

Great stay, however the whole hotel was hot. Luckily each room has a balcony so we had that door open a lot to let in fresh air. Breakfast was AMAZING!

Won’t be back
it was the worst night sleep that I’ve ever had in a hotel. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Overall, the room was nice and the hotel is nice, but none of that matters if you can’t get a good nights sleep.

Too hot too handle
It’s easily 80° inside the hotel without exaggeration and there’s no way to change from heat to air conditioning in your room without calling the front desk . So the first night we literally in the winter, had to sleep partially through the night with the door open to the balcony because we didn’t see the sign that said to call the front desk to switch to air-conditioning. The room next to us had a tiny yapping dog that didn’t shut up for most of the night . Additionally the pullout bed was broken, and there were no extra sheets available in the room to use on it when I was attempting to close it after opening it I found a large pill behind the couch. The front staff completely lacked people skills as well .

The entire hotel was extremely Hot! We were told to open the exterior door or window to let cooler air flow n. Our family had 9 rooms and we all were extremely warm even in the commons area!!!!! We met there to have our family Xmas together. We had to strip the 4 month baby down to his diaper his skin was a red flush from being so hot. There were signs by saying he thermostat s that said open a window or door if too hot or that there was another blanket in the closet if you were cold. Do to being so hot I was thinking not able to sleep 3 hours!! Some oof our family had o wait n til 6pm to be assigned their rooms. I really expected better from Embassy Suites.

Our family's room was placed above the pool and while i usually stay here for business during the week there must have been about 100 kids in the pool and then up running the hallway until midnight. Would recommend requesting a higher floor to avoid the noise
