Shuttle driver seemed drunk and just talked about his political racist view the entire journey from the airport. The front desk just shoved me a key and didn’t say a word? The hallways had trash left and room was old and felt very dirty. Breakfast was inedible

My room was newly renovated with composite flooring. It was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. It is convenient off the highway and there are a number of Mexican restaurants close by. Breakfast included hot options.

Smooth check in process. Clean room. Bed was comfortable. Shuttle to airport was scheduled at checkin and also scheduled pick up from airport. Shuttle service is free but they did charge $5 a day to park at their hotel which I was unaware of. If it was on the site somewhere then that is on me but still much cheaper than parking at the airport.

coordinating the shuttle from the airport was super easy. my flight got changed last minute due to delays, and the new flight arrival was hours before I had planned with the hotel. I called to see if the shuttle could come earlier and they were very accommodating.

When I learned I had been assigned a room across from the elevator, I asked if I could be moved because I'm a light sleeper. The manager didn't hesitate and promptly relocated me well away from the elevator. This pro move gets an A in my book!

The property and the area was great for the money. The restaurant next door was good. A lot of shopping in the area. It's not a high end facility but we knew that going in. You want a comfortable night sleep, you won't be disappointed. The breakfast was ok. Better than nothing at all. I'd stay there again.
