Great location

We had a wonderful stay. The townhome is close to Story Land and less than an hour from Santa’s Village. The place was clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Fox Run escape

We had a great stay. Home was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the AC was a bonus given the heat. Great location - close to Saco and town for shopping and dining. Derek, the owner, reached out to make sure we were all set which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Great space for families

We had 3 families staying and it was perfect for us! The kids loved being in the upstairs loft room together and the family with smaller kiddos enjoyed having some privacy in the basement. The kitchen had enough space and was open to the large living and dining space, so we could all be together! Close to Storyland and downtown North Conway! Our kids enjoyed the playground, but the pool was not a big hit (cool, dirty, no where for adults to sit). The house had everything we needed and was very spacious and comfortable for the price. The host had excellent communication and we hope to return again next year!

Great stay for winter ski trip

This was our second time staying at this place for an annual trip. Typically, we pick a new place each year. Last year, we didn't love our rental home, so we came back to this one because we knew it was great. And again, our experience was excellent. It's very likely that our annual tradition includes this home as a rental property.

Family Friendly Getaway

We brought six kids on a trip to the North Conway area, and this condo was a perfect nest for us all. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and then some. The open floor plan in the kitchen/dining/living space combined with the game-equipped basement and neighborhood pool made it all the more kid friendly. It was perfectly located for mountain day trips and downtown strolls alike. We highly recommend this place!

Great for our group, we want to come back!

Spacious and perfectly located outside of the hustle-and-bustle of Conway but close enough to make grocery trips easy...and closer to the MOUNTAINS than staying among the crowds :) the pool in the condo development (which this condo is right across the street from) was a big bonus for our group of kids during a hot week. We have stayed in this area for 4 summers now and this is a property we'll certainly look into again for a return trip!

Easy Weekend

7 Fox Run easily accommodated three families with children ages 5, 3, and 1. The space was clean and spacious with rooms to play while others rested. Everything you need is there; keurig or coffee maker, plastic ware for the kids, plenty of cups/glass ware for the adults, cooking ware, blankets, etc. The location is perfect near restaurants, shopping, and Cranmore. We used the Cranmore fitness center for a small fee which was an added bonus. It was to early in the season for skiing but the townhouse has plenty of space for ski gear as well! Great get away!!!

Perfect house. Perfect location. Perfect hosts.

Six of us (3 couples) stayed for a long weekend and had fun shopping, hiking, and eating at great restaurants. The house is super spacious - we enjoyed gathering to chat and eat on the main floor, hanging out in the basement for foosball tournaments and quiet time for rest and relaxation in the many bedrooms and sleeping areas. It is clear that cleanliness is a priority and we appreciated the clean linens that were provided. The entire time we were there we were talking about how great coming back to ski/ snowmobile in the winter or hike again in the spring would be! Derek and Karen are gracious hosts and care so much about your happiness during your stay. We plan to come back and highly recommend it for an adult or family getaway.

Had a weekend getaway with 7 friends and the place was as nice as advertised. Place was clean and offered plenty of space for everyone. The basement was especially cool at night, and the scenery was beautiful. A couple of us went on a run and found some nice trails nearby, that went along a river and railroad tracks. Awesome Property

We absolutely loved our stay in this Townhouse. This is our third time using a Fox Run Townhouse (out of the six years that we've been coming to NH annually) and we were all saying how it was by the far the best one yet. So clean, so affordable and had all the amenities for both adults and children. The rooms were spacious and there was a lot for the kids to do! We will definitely use this place again next summer!!
