Desirable first floor condominium located on Ocean Boulevard, this property is just steps from the ocean, park, and access to the only private fishing pier on the island.
Very comfortable, smoke-free, family friendly unit located in the 'A' building of Oceanside Villas. Enhancements including an updated/ well-appointed kitchen, new flooring, paint and furnishings!

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bath. The second bedroom touts a queen-size and a twin bed. A queen-size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room provides additional sleeping space if needed. Enjoy everything the beach has to offer, or simply relax pool side. Your private balcony provides the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine or get lost in a good book.

Located in the heart of Isle of Palms, you are just steps from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants (some with live music), local shopping, and activities. Additional shopping in Mt Pleasant - just over the Isle of Palms Connector. Mini-golf, go-carts, and zip lining all within 15 minutes. Play at some of the area's finest golf courses. This property was perfect location to walk to many stores and restaurants even with children with us. The beach is a short walk across the street. The room was very spacious and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

and nothing you don’t! We are familiar with IOP so for us the location was perfect. Appreciated the parking passes and general info the property manager left for us. Loved the pool (bring your own beach towels) and how chill the complex seems to be. Warning: The beds are very very comfortable!

Close to restaurants and bars and beach-all within walking distance. Stairs to the first floor noted. Responsive and open communication with the host. Cannot control the temperature of condo it is preset😓. Limited supplies at property. Noise above easy to hear. Fresh linens and towels, comfortable beds.

Good stay for the most part. The property manager that had to face time us to find the location of the property was very patient. It was a nightmare finding the place, mainly because the turn in to the unit was before Ocean Blvd. That information would have helped! We were not able to rent a golf cart because of the POA, but were under the impression that we could when we rented the unit. The large bed in the spare bedroom is so uncomfortable. You can't even get on it without it squeaking and bouncing. The sofa is so uncomfortable! We watched a lot of movies and it was awful! Lastly, give people at least 2 rolls of toilet paper!!!

Property was as expected and matches the photos shown in the listing. Everything was very nice and clean and the location was very convenient - being able to walk to all the restaurants in the area as well as a short walk to the beach was great. Drawbacks - no on-premise laundry. There is a laundromat next to the grocery store, but it has VERY limited hours (9-5 on weekdays, even shorter on weekends). They do provide drop off service, but quote 48 hours completion time. Kitchen was nice, but there were absolutely no spices available, not even salt and pepper! I own a rental condo myself and my guests appreciate that I spent $25 on a spice rack at Target, saving them from having to spend $20 on 4 spice bottles. Utensils for cooking are limited and knives, like most places, are horrible - bring your own if you are a cook! The building seems quiet and well maintained. You are near a road that does get a lot of day time traffic, but you hardly hear it inside the condo. Do not miss eating at the Acme Kitchen. Best food in IoP - the shrimp and grits was cooked to perfection. We also ate breakfast at Sea Biscuit Cafe and the food was great there. Driving to downtown Charleston and other area sites is easy from here. We explored Patriots Point, Magnolia Plantation, the Carolinas Aquarium and Bull's Island from here and none were more than 30 minutes away by car. I would recommend this condo and would rent here again on any future trips to the Charleston area.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely unit. It is perfectly located near the beach, shops, restaurants, and the Harris Teeter, as well as the IOP connector bridge. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed, including sheets and towels. Check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Girls Getaway
The property was nice in a good location. There were a few items we asked the mgmt if they were in the condo and they said no when they actually had them - iron and beach chairs. The code to the beach and pier we were provided was wrong but we got the code from another person renting another unit. The location is very convenient close to beach, restaurants and grocery store. The unit was great with two bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable! Kitchen was stocked pretty well as well. Could use a new couch but really wasn't that bad. Would definitely consider staying again.

This property was situated a very short distance to the beach and many restaurants. Everything was walkable. The place was very clean and kitchen was well equipped. A Harris Teeter grocery store to get anything you may need is only a block or so away. We would def stay here again

Our stay was very nice. The condo was very clean. I would recommend updating what type of coffee pot is there and list maybe to bring certain pots/pans for cooking with bc everything is not there. Also would suggest updating that there is no gate for entry to the property. On the fridge there were several gate codes for the pier. So that was a little confusing. We had a great time.

Perfect Beach Condo
Although we didn’t visit Charleston for the beach this property is perfect. It was an easy trip to and from Charleston. It was completely stocked with extra TP, PT, garbage bags, cooking equipment, beach toys, etc. It’s around the corner from Harris Teeter so you can quickly pick up anything you forgot. I’d stay there again!!

Super convenient.
This place was a great value. The furnishings were good- nothing fancy but did the trick. The couch bed was uncomfortable until we realized you could use the 3 foam pads that are under each couch cushion. It has great AC and a good ice maker. Tons of plates, silverware and glassware- enough we only had to run the dishwasher twice in 7 days. The pots are a bit older but usable. I really liked the sleep number bed- even though it is a very old model I was able to find a number that worked for me- now I want to get one for myself.
