The stay was nice but the parking is weird. The lot by the Garden Inn was packed to the brim but the parking lot by the Homewood Suites was a ghost town. I also think charging $16 for a standard hotel breakfast buffet is criminal but we found fantastic breakfast restaurants nearby for the same price. So that was good. Everything else was fantastic.

The hotel common areas are gorgeous, nice design and materials. But not very kept up on cleanliness throughout. The lobby was trashed when we arrived, food and trash all over the ground. With the photos of the property and the way the space was we expected it to be slightly elevated. But then when we got into our room it was sub par. There was stuff in the shower, stuck to the railings and seals from the prior guests. The pillows had absolutely no filling to them, they flattened like a sheet when you put your head on them. We had to shut off the fridge because it was soo loud when it ran, so we couldn’t use it. And lastly, the next morning after our stay, we couldn’t get the blackout curtain to go up, it was broken.

Loved our overnight stay! Immaculate, comfortable room, friendly and helpful employees, delicious food can be purchased for breakfast, and/or dinner! Unfortunately, I booked wrong date(9/26)@SpringHill Suites & with no rooms, had to rebook Expedia for correct date 8/27@Hilton’s Garden Inn-My fault😬!
