Mediocre at best
The overall stay was disappointing, unfortunately. The hotel has not been maintained for a long time it seems. Our room had a broken mirror and the bathroom was flooded after every shower. None of the drains, including the in the sink’s, worked. The pool/spa area had the same issues - no maintenance at all. The walls are paper thin and you better bring earplugs if you want a full night’s sleep. We paid for the breakfast but were really disappointed. Probably the worst coffee and juices ever served. The people working there were nice and polite, which makes up for some of the other issues.

It is nearby to big shopping centers that is nice! But, the rooms are small. There are noises from neighbor rooms. TV was not working. Closet door was broken, and even after several requests, they did not fix it. Overall, this hotel does not feel like a 5-start hotel.

2nd Floor Warning: You Will Wake Up In A Hot Sweat
Warning: don’t stay on the 2nd floor. The AC did not work. After several requests, finally was relocated to the 1st floor. Then the AC stopped working there, too. At 3am. Staff either willfully ignores your concerns or are actually seriously incompetent. If it’s hot out, don’t stay here. The gym was superb.
