Disappointing stay. TV didn’t work, shower door didn’t close so water got all over the floor and check in staff wasn’t particularly friendly. Unfortunate.

Beautiful property, although a little hard to find the drop-off/load-in area. Very nice rooms, and great bar/restaurant inside. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful in every way. Right in the heart of town with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Well designed common areas within the facility that seem to encourage socializing. Great little balcony area just off the 2nd floor elevator hall that seems perfect for casual conversations. Slightly quirky but effective bathroom layouts incorporating heavy sliding doors separating not only the shower/toilet area from the sink, but the entrance way from the sleeping area. Dog friendly. Very dog friendly. Responsive and professional staff.

Beautiful, clean, modern facility within walking distance to the Commons and short drive to Cornell campus. Only negative was a long wait for breakfast because not enough staff which forced us to grab a local option however the positives far outweigh this.

Good family hotel close to Ithaca Commons.

Easy & great stay. We were given a corner room which worked great for my husband, teen daughter, and my stay near the Commons. Good setup & nice overall feel to the lobby & hotel in general. Staff does nice job.
