After a long and unexpected day of travel, we arrived at 8pm and were greated by Curtis, who was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond, by making some recommendations and printing out some places to go. We had alovely time in Cortland and surrounding areas.

The pillows need to be thrown in the trash and new ones purchased. The mattresses were only fair. Marriott used to be known for their comfy pillows and mattresses. Not so at this property. The room was clean but dusty. The room could use a fresh look. It looked outdated and a little worn. For what the cost was, we should NOT have been asked if we needed daily maid service. It should be included.
