I have never seen such generous pantry provisions in a vacation rental! It was great to have the extras provided, so we could buy just the basics at the grocer. Plenty of bath towels and necessities, dinner napkins and placemats, but scarce on kitchen towels. There was plenty of room in the house and on the deck for various activities--from comfortable dining, craft projects, relaxing with a book, or playing games. I loved the table shuffle board in the lower level! My biggest disappointment, however, was that the 180-degree mountain view shown in the listing photos does not exist any time there is foliage on the trees. In the many years since the listing photos were taken, the trees have grown many feet higher so that the view was generally about 40 degrees except from one far corner of the deck. It was still a lovely view--I was just looking forward to what was depicted in the listing. The day before we left, we discovered that there are hiking trails very nearby at the Tin Mountain Conservation Center, on Tin Mountain Road.
