They treat you different than guest that book through their website. I called the property and was told I got free parking and shuttle to port for cruise. That was not the case. Parking was 5.00 day and there was a shuttle they recommended that cost 10.00 per person. There we 9 of us and so 90.00 to and from port.

First let me say Serena helped us check in, she very inviting very pleasant. The room was very clean and very roomy for a hotel room. The staff was great Moqui was there to make drinks at the small bar in the lobby. Price point for what you get is the best the city has to offer. Very close to some great shopping. We have 2 dogs that they accommodated perfectly!!! Will alway choose to stay here in the future.
