The property was fine. Parking was chaotic. I did not get my VIP perk. Instead when i mentioned at the front desk at check in, i was told to talk to the restaurant. When we mentioned at the restaurant they said the front desk will take it off. Needless to say, i did not get my 30 dollar meal credit.

There is not apt to do in this area. As for hotel staff the valets and beach chair guys were most attentive. The night staff desk people were tad helpful/informed as day staff. Room cleanliness, cups still on balcony floor that blew over, sand on rug, our room was missed and sometimes just the bed was made., other times it was properly cleaned. No smart tvs you can’t use Netflix or prime tv. As for the building? The patio by pool need fixing a lot of uneven footing due to bricks sinking. The storage building has a lot of busted wood siding at ground level. No microwaves in the rooms, our fridge kept getting warm. Main lobby coffee machine was down often. Hotel restarraunt was over rated. I feel it’s a lot of money for not as high end as we thought. Spa personelle were great but steam room is not a true steam room.
