Hotel was quiet and reasonably clean but the elevator was broken for the entire time I was there. My back is still sore from having to carry heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs. It would be understandable it was temporarily broken and it was serviced the same day but this was not the case.

We were not even able to stay at the property. Nobody was there to help us get a room as the front desk was closed. Called the corporate number and was told we could not be helped. Requested a refund and have not been able to get one. We were charged for a room we never stayed in. 0 out of 10. Do not recommend!!!

The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. Requested to switch to another room and and the front desk did with no hesitation, but the next room had the same condition. Ended up leaving early.

Good: The bed was comfortable but it needs more pillows. The location is conveniently located near 295. There are restaurants and stores nearby. Not good: no privacy sign at the door, broken lights in the room, no shampoo, no conditioner, no cups, hair dryer and no trash can in the bathroom, has a kitchenette but no pans and pots or any flatware or dishes (hello, no one travels carrying those), there is a closet-like but no hangers and no iron. The elevator shakes like it is gonna break soon and I saw the inspection expires on 8/1/2024 (we stayed there 8/31/24 through 9/2/2024). There was an open electrical outlet which is dangerous. When checked in or out, we had to make a phone call b/c no one was at the front desk. The listing on Expedia showed there is coffee in the lobby but there wasn't one there or in the room. The price on Expedia was $426.78 but my credit card was charged by Woodspring Hills for $438.13.

Will never stay here again!
I had no electricity in my room after a storm and the front desk did not have it fixed through out my stay. When I ask for fee reduction for the inconvieniences they said that the manager does not allow it. The hotel also smaller like weed right after walking past the lobby. I will not recommend this hotel not stay in it ever again. The place and people are very gehtto.

This place is full of roaches and it’s only been open for 4 years - at most. The cleaning lady was cursing someone out when we were checking out. The one positive is that it was quiet and located in a really nice area.

Great rate. Clean and comfortable room. All hallways and outdoors smelled like weed. A lot of people standing around in parking lot drinking and smoking until late at night. Staff was not friendly or helpful. I chose it for the rate and it was worth the price.

Upon entering the room. I noticed I had no pillows on the bed. No dishes (which I paid extra for) no fitted sheets on the bed. Just a regular sheet over the matress which had lots of stains. Also did not have a shower curtain on the bar. Front desk open at 10am and close at 5pm. No coffee maker in the room. No blow dryer. No iron. Basically all the things you get at any other hotel you do not get here! Beware!

There was no attendant at the front desk. I tried to pick my room key early but nobody helped me and when I got to the hotel late like I said no one there to check me in, I had worked for 18 hours straight I really needed a shower and some sleep and took them 40 minutes and many calls to hotels.com for them to answer. When we got to the room the floor was dirty.

I waited in the check in for over 20 minutes just for the lady who was working desk to be back the there with the doors close. Call several times no answer. When she finally did open the window she seem to be high or sleep or something.. now i am trying to wait on you guys to give me a refund because I did not stay more like get a chance to even get checked in to a room
