I have stayed enough times at this hotel to feel as though it really is a home away from home. I love how the team here recognize me and service is professional, warm and welcoming. Just back from Java and it was bliss to experience the lovely cool, white, crisp bed linen and the enormous bath towels which I always love at this hotel. But the cream that rises to the top here is how wonderful the team is and how they always care for me - it will be hard to go back to reality!

very old hotel
The hotel is very old. Lobby is good, but the room is very old. Enterring to the room has smoke smell. and also electronic curtain didn't work, need to wait for 30 mins and fix another 30 mins in order to move up curtain. faciloty in the room is very old .

Very good staff that is quite helpful. The rooms are very large. The room service from the on site restaurants is better than I expected. I would consider staying here again, however - as others have pointed out the hotel is out dated and the flooring is needing to be replaced.
