The Hotel is gorgeous in a brilliant location within easy walking distance of the old town staff on reception and in the bar and restaurant super friendly and very helpful. The only reason for the low score on cleanliness was the very terrible room service, our room was supposed to have been cleaned on x 2 days during a four night stay, the Bathroom was just left dirty and was actually not clean on our check in, I used my antibac wipes to clean the Bathroom myself, on our second night we were searching for some drinking glasses these were found inside the mini bar nothing wrong with that only the fact that one glass was actually filthy with lipstick marks still around the rim!! on the last supposed clean of our room the sink in the bathroom was left dirty the shower inside was not clean and we were left without soap I do not usually complain but the lack of hygiene was disgusting especially in a Bathroom this really lets a gorgeous hotel down, I did let Reception know about this issue.

Friendly and polite reception. 6 min walk from Central Station as I came in via Eurostar and 10 mins from city centre. Absolutely loved my stay. I received an upgrade from exec. corner to a suite, beautiful. Immaculate, bright and airy. I will definitely stay here again.

Good location for the train station and the passenger cruise terminal. There was an issue with one of the hotel guests playing extremely loud music which was dealt with expeditiously by the hotel staff.

A lovely stay in Amsterdam and just an easy walk to the main area as well as Amsterdam Centraal station. Our room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was lovely!

The hotel is 20 minutes walk from amsterdam central station. The hotel/ rooms are very clean. The room has climate control air condition. The hotel staff are very helpful and nice. The only downside of the hotel are- few restaurants near the hotel , no convince store/mini grocery near The hotel and lastly there is no free water bottle in the room. But overall, will come back again.

Convenient pre-cruise hotel for exploring Amsterdam. Near Train Central. Visited many Amsterdam classics (Anne Frank house, Rijksmuseum, other. Upscale feel to hotel and room. Would stay again.
