The fitness center features a comprehensive array of activities, with a five-lane indoor pool offering lap swims and water aerobics, hot tub, cardio equipment, aerobic classes, racquetball and squash courts, two indoor tennis courts, juice bar and massage therapy.

Next door to the fitness center is Lake Disharoon, a popular family destination during the summer months. Enjoy a swim in the lake or the outdoor pool here, engage in a game of beach volleyball, paddle around in a canoe or paddleboat or whiz down the waterslide. There are also locker rooms and a snack bar for your convenience.

Cast your line in nearby Lake Petit for a lazy day of rainbow trout fishing from October through April, or in Lake Sconti year-round for bass and brim.
