The view of downtown Louisville and the Ohio River is spectacular from this 4th floor condo. As they say, location is everything and this condo is it. We love that we are right on the river front looking at the Louisville skyline. There are many restaurants/bars that are within walking distance. Louisville is just across via the 2nd St bridge. It is a very safe and secure building with access only to those with a key/fob and the parking is in the garage that is also secured via a key/fob to gain entry. Bruce, the condo owner is very available and easy to work with.We will stay again!!

Wasn’t too bad, but wasn’t great. The smoke smell on arrrival was intense and unpleasant the moment we arrived. Very dusty. The apartment was lived in, which was good (when it came to available food and bev) and not so good (cluttered, expired food.) Good location and it was very kind of the host to allow flexibility on both ends of the stay. That can compensate for a lot of negatives. Gotta do something about the smoke tho.
