We've stayed here once a year for the last 4-5 years approx. It's close to the train station. We were sad to see different staff behind the desk but al in all we had a nice stay.

Great!!
It was an excellent stay for 1 night! I called to let them know I would be checking in late and they were ready for me. I even got a upgrade without asking. Nicole was very friendly and they young lady that checked me out deserve the same complement. Will look to stay again and recommend to my friends who frequent NY for plays to stay here. It was easy to get to Times Square from this location.

The staff is so helpful kind & enthusiastic. This is not the case unfortunately in other hotels. I would stay again & recommended it. I wish there was a pool or jacuzzi more outdoor space other than that fantastic!
