Excellent Stay! I was attending NYFW and needed a last minute hotel. This stay was everything and more! Fast check in and checkout. Breakfast was a bonus. Room was clean and comfortable definitely will be staying again for any other trips to the big apple.

Hotel was so-so
The check-in process was frustrating. Reservation said check-in started at 3pm I arrived at about 3:20pm and my assigned room wasn't ready. I was on a tight schedule to get to NYC for a wedding and the delay in checking in worsened my anxiety. However, the staff did their best and were friendly during our exchange. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were not, and the room was stuffy so I coughed through the night, which resulted in not a good night's rest. We checked out early the next morning, so we didn't have the breakfast offered, although it smelled good. Lastly, the elevators are extremely slow. Overall, it was fine for a one-night stay, but not for the price we paid and I don't think we'll be staying there again.
