Come with a lot of patience.
The hotel location is excellent. The hotel staff is divided. There is a nice and welcoming staff and a staff that is really not nice and unpleasant. The breakfast was varied but there are not enough places to sit in the dining room and the line to get things is long and exhausting. A person on vacation should not have to wait over an hour to eat a poor bagel.

It was convenient to reach Manhattan for our three-day stay. I would rate it 4.5 stars, but the breakfast service was excessively slow—we had to wait in line for 45 minutes just to get breakfast.
