Ok stay. Room basic. Very small rooms. Felt like an hostel. Very clean. expensive £580 for two rooms staff helpful where they could be. Wouldn’t stay again unless I had to.

Exceptional service and good breakfast.

We liked the breakfast and exceptional help. The room temp. was set colder than we are used to and the shower water can be very hot so we were not used to the knobs and got too hot water. Good location near Paddington station about 6 minute walk on a major street. Security good. Elevator.

Good location close to underground stops and not far from Hyde Park. Breakfast was good and the room was more spacious than I usually expect in Europe. Would definitely stay here again.

I had made an error in my reservation dates so wound up with two back-to-back stays. The desk staff were great about getting me a room for my full stay that complied with what I paid for. This is my hotel of choice when I travel to London since it is close to bus, tube, and train.

Great option at Paddington area

Its my 2nd time at the hotel. Location is perfect to connect via subway to different London attractions. Rooms are modern (small) ideal for 1 person. You find everything you need. Staff super friendly.

You can here the trains under the building I had a room with no window it might be nice to be told before you book as you have the choice

The rooms (I saw 2) for this price point are extremely small and not suitable for two people. They are extremely basic and have no tea coffee or water. May work for tourists on a low budget but totally unsuitable for business travelers and Expedia should NOT recommend for business people. There are significantly better options locally for similar prices
