Hotel is situated near public transport (bus stop) which goes to manhattan bus terminal, which was 10 minutes walking distance or alternatively one can ride the hotel shuttle on request to get to the bus stop. Hotel was clean, modern and had a decent light breakfast option. Only downside was no electric kettle was included with our full kitchen suite. Would definitely come back when visiting NYC.

The room is very clean and big. The bed is comfortable and the pillows as well. The personnel are nice, but if they are a little bit more friendly, it's should be perfect! However, I recommend this hotel for the property, the generous breakfast, the comfort and safety. Thank you.

No Sleep Dog barking and too early housekeeping!!!
This is the first time in years that I am requesting a full refund. Within one hour of check-in I could hear a large dog barking in the room next door to me. Being a dog friendly person I realized that the dog may have been left alone. I called the first desk with no response. I prepared for evening and after my return 3-4 hours later the dog was still barking and I called front desk again. I finally fell asleep to be awaken after couple hours by the dog again. Fell asleep again to be awaken by house keeping at 8:50 am !! Done barely any sleep. Required full refund.
