Amazing!!!
Absolutely perfect! The owner was very responsive to all communication, very generous and accommodating to special requests. Plenty of room for 3 couples to spread out and not feel like they are on top of each other. We could not be happier with our stay. We watched whales daily from the huge lanai. The property amenities were fabulous. Location is perfect for all the activities we wanted to do. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely rent this condo again and have already recommended it to friends. Simply fabulous!!

Beautiful place with very nice furniture and fixtures/daily living implements. The location relative to laid back bar, beach, super fun pools, snorkeling were all A. We saw pods of dolphins just chilling on the beach. Nice beqch. Highly recommend for a wide range of ages.

Family trip with a surprise engagement!
We have stayed at the Honua Kai 7 times in the past several Years, and will look no further for the best unit and owner/managers to rent from! Evelyn was an amazing host and had had the most comfortable unit we’ve ever stayed in. The views are incredible and a given, but the condo has everything you could ask for. It was our best and most comfortable vacation spot yet!

This is the perfect property for a family! The views are gorgeous. We love the Honua Kai resort and have been staying there for 10 years, and this unit was our favorite one yet! The property manager/owner was so great, and was always available. I plan on booking this again in the future. 10/10 recommend.

An absolutely perfect condo with a gracious host
We had an absolutely perfect stay at H450. First, Evelyn is a wonderful owner. She was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions immediately. We average about 40 nights a year in VRBO and Evelyn is by far the most gracious and responsive owners. We can't wait to go back. The condo is perfection. We stayed with 6 adults and a 2 year old. The views are unmatched and the balcony was so enjoyable. It was nice being on the 4th floor – we were high enough to see sweeping views but not so far away from pools and the beach. The kitchen is a dream and has absolutely everything from gourmet pans and knives to every tool you need. Not only is everything there, it is all top of line. The dishes are beautiful and there are plenty of settings. The condo is also well equipped with baby items and all the beach and pool toys you could possibly need. The bedrooms are huge with comfortable beds and luxurious baths. It truly feels like you are staying in a friend’s glamorous condo – and Evelyn is part of that feeling. This resort is also wonderful for families. This is our second trip and it checks all the boxes. A wonderful beach, pools, slides, and Dukes. While the property is expansive it rarely feels crowded because it has so many pools. Finally, for those concerned about the recent fire and impacts. We felt very welcomed at all restaurants and stores. We were encouraged to see the progress on rebuilding,

Phenomenal Property
This is an absolutely beautiful property! The condo has 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen was appointed with high-end (Viking) appliances and had everything we needed to cook during our stay. The living area was comfortable and spacious. We had a group of 7, which included 4 adults and 3 children, and never felt cramped. The outdoor grill and patio was perfect for morning coffee breaks while watching the whales and enjoying outdoor dinners. The location could not be beat! We had expansive ocean views and were right next to one of the best snorkeling beaches! The pools at the property were super fun and having poolside service from Duke’s was super convenient! Our host was very kind and extremely responsive. This was one of the best vacations we have ever taken.

Awesome stay!
We recently stayed at this property and we can’t express enough how amazing it is. The property is spacious, clean, and is stocked with kitchen supplies and beach day needs.in addition to the beautiful property, we were in awe of the many whales we, saw each day from the lanai. The property has an awesome restaurant (Duke’s) nearby on site and is beautifully maintained. The owner is super prompt in responding to all questions and is a very pleasant person to interact with. She does anything she can to make your stay the best it can be, and we highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a place to stay!

Our first VRBO and a fantastic overall experience. The layout of the residence is great for 3 couples. The unit is well appointed (beach chairs, a travel cooler and kitchen with everything), and nicely decorated for a Hawaiian feel. The host was super responsive and friendly. Honua Kai pools, beach, and amenities (ABC store on site, coffee place, Dukes, and super close to the beach) can't be beat.

Wonderful place!
We really enjoyed our stay in Kaanapali at Evelyne's condo. She was very communicative and helpful and the place was a gem - really well appointed and with incredible views. It was very clean and no real issues. The furnishings could use a little updating and the dryer was a little wonky but neither impact the quality of the place or our stay.

Amazing!
Can't say enough great things about this condo. We were two families with pre-teen boys and the layout and bedrooms were perfect for us. The lanai and view from the lanai of the sunsets was incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a Costco 5 minutes from the airport and we made a lot of great meals in the spacious kitchen and on the grill on the lanai. The resort is wonderful, our pre-teens had a great time in the pool and hot tubs. The location of the condo is great, close to everything. The beach is great, with a ton of good snorkeling right off the beach. The condo has beach chairs and coolers to take to the beach, while the resort provides clean beach towel service near the pool. The host was very responsive, and it was clear she really cares about her guests having a great time. We would stay here again in a heart beat if we go back to Maui.

Beautiful views in Maui
We had a wonderful family vacation in this very nice condo with plenty of space and picture perfect views of the ocean (as well as of Lanai and Molokai). It is located in a very convenient spot with super easy access to all of kaanapali and also Lahaina and Kapalua. Our only issues were with the ongoing maintenance of the condo building. Two large cranes were on either side of our building the entire stay, and our lanai was slapped with a danger do not use sign a couple days in. So we could not full use it and also the area around the cranes had dead grass giving the entire area a very partial construction like atmosphere. It is certainly understandable that places need up keep, but it did just did not feel like a luxury building while we were there. Our hosts were super helpful and nice and this is not reflective of them at all, just our honest view on the experience.

Incredible Place!
To say we were happy with our stay at this property would be an understatement! This unit had everything we needed (dishes, pots/pans, cutting boards, utensils, delicious coffee, some basic seasonings, oils, etc, great smelling soaps and shampoo). We found way more than expected in the hall closet for some beach fun (umbrellas, plenty of beach chairs, buckets and shovels for the kids, boogie boards, infant life jacket, floaties and more) and also appreciated the baby items like the pack and play and high chair. We really didn't have to bring anything but ourselves! We spent plenty of time on the beautiful lanai, enjoying the perfect views. Honua Kai is in a perfect location with tons for the family to do on property, the most beautiful beach right outside and close to all sorts of fun things to do. Our communication with the property owner was perfect, very responsive when I couldn't figure out the TV (user error!) and checked in periodically through our stay. Easily a 5 star experience!
