**The Molokai Tower, which this unit is located in will be undergoing a roof replacement starting 4/1/25 with the estimated completion date set for 9/12/25. Some major milestones during this time are as follows. The AC will be turned off to the entire building from 4/24/25 - 7/16/25, there will be excessive noise due to the roof demolition from 4/28/25 - 5/23/25, there will be periodic water shut offs during construction hours (approx 9am-4pm) which the contractors will give their best advanced notice as possible.
