Clean and very comfortable. Really good breakfast. Very courteous and understanding staff. Two blocks from old town. Two negatives: Limited parking (but, still, $10/night nevertheless). (Very) slow elevator.

This is our second time staying here, and it's good. The staff was very personable, the breakfast was great -- sometimes short on seating, but that enabled us to sit with other couples and share vacation stories! Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. They do charge for parking, which should be information that we get upfront, not at check in! Hotels.com should not have junk fees!

Amazing staff, wonderful service! Felt like ohana upon arrival and when heading out. Great that every place was walking distance from here as well! Absolutely amazing experience and great way to enjoy vacation.

Excellent customer service, the food was good, they had different options to pick from. They cleaned the room everyday unless you didnā€™t want them too. Everything is walking distance like abc stores, restaurants, nice views. The price is great as well. I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future!

We had a great experience at the Holiday Inn. The staff were very wonderful & super helpful as this was our 1st time coming to Hawaii they gave us some good insights & always had a smile they were very accommodating to our needs. The hotel is centrally located (walking distance) to the beach, pier, restaurants & stores. Breakfast wasn't bad as they had many options however everything is boiled as they do not seem to have a kitchen but again lots of choices which was nice. I would recommend staying here and if you want to see additional beautiful beaches rent a car it's well worth it and the staff will tell you where to go along with giving you a map!
