Owner hosted - Upper unit. Walking distance to the Magic Sands and Kahalu'u beach park, we are half block off of Ali'i Dr. 1500 sq/ft of comfort and 400+ sq/ft of lanai, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A master suite with KS bed and an on suite bath. Bedroom 2 has a QN size bed & bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a shared full bath. Full kitchen with all necessities. The living room has a tv and AC. The dining room has sitting for 9. The lanai has a partial ocean view, with nice ocean breezes.

All rooms have AC.

The cleanest rental we have ever stayed in!
The house is amazing! It was squeaky clean and super well equipped! I have never seen a cleaner short-term rental! The cleaning people are not cutting corners! They clean everywhere and not only the visible parts. The kitchen was amazing! It is fully equipped and has everything you will need. I loved that all cooking pots were stainless steel and not flaky non-stick. The decorations are also very pleasing. The location is also great - walking distance to Magic Sands Beach and to a kid-friendly snorkeling place. We cannot wait to get back!

Pleasant condo close to the beach
It was hot while we were in Kona, so we really appreciated the air conditioner in the living room. Kitchen was reasonably furnished but toaster didn’t work. Neighbors didn’t get the quiet hours memo. Bedrooms had closets but no drawers for clothes. We would have liked more directions for appliances. Trees and yard wete beautiful.

Relaxation information Kahaluu Bay!
We had a great relaxing time in Rosalba’s place. The pictures and descriptions were accurate. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The house had plenty of room for five of us. The lanai, porch was a great spot to chill with table, and chairs for all. Rosalba answered all my questions quickly and was helpful with suggestions. We had a car and drove to the two beaches near the house but it was possible to walk. She also had chairs, umbrellas, masks and snorkels for us to use at the beach. For a family, a great spot to spend time in Kona. We would definitely return. Scott

Perfect. Rosalba ohana had everything we needed or could want. The location was ideal.
The ohana was clean and well furnished. Plenty of space for six people. The veranda was an evening hit. We will visit again.

Comfortable Ohana
This ohana is very comfortable, clean, and very well-equipped. Nice kitchen - easy to find everything because she's thoughtfully labeled the cabinets. Wonderful long lanai with grill. Lots of equipment for beach activities. More towels than we could use. Ceiling fans in every room for comfort. The only downsides are the close proximity of noisy neighbors and the slow, heavy traffic on the main streets on this part of the island. Still, things did quiet down after 9 PM, and the traffic is not apparent from the lanai.

Wonderful vacation home
This vacation home was perfect for us. We enjoyed the big deck and all of the extras the house was stocked with. It was within walking distance to the ocean which was important to us. We would highly recommend this house and would stay again. The owner was great at responding to messages and had everything we needed lined up for our stay.
