This property is a complete and udder mess. My room was full of stains. The curtains had blotches all over them, the floor looked like a crime scene, and the construction was a mess everywhere else. Not only did I check out early, they refused a refund and are absolutely no help if you book a room online. Do not recommend. I would bring a tent before I would stay here again.

It’s a dump. Dirty rugs. Needs paint. Shower controls don’t work right. Staff apathetic. Breakfast is all carbs. The property is very tired and worn out.

Expedia messed up our reservation after we travel 12 hours to get to a wedding and then try to make us figure it out on our own, but the general manager at this hotel, who was amazing. The whole time was able to help us out get our money back from Expedia and was still able to get us a room in a fully booked hotel.

Upon checkin the gentleman at the front desk tried to tell me I booked a 1 bed and there would be an additional charge for the 2 beds. Since I booked the room on Expedia the rates change. Could have been a simple mistake on his part. Breakfest was good, room was clean, pool area was also very clean.

It was difficult to find the entry to the property in the dark. The desk attendant took 3 efforts to get the key card to work properly. Then the toilet backed up and flooded the floor. We were given a new room on the same floor without any further problems. There was a group of construction crew out front in the evening when we checked in getting drunk and loud.
