Cigarette burns all over the bedding. No coffee in the rooms. Broken ice machine. Tell the staff breakfast items are out and they did nothing. Worst Wyndham motel I've ever stayed at.

I lied the lady that checked me in I also liked. The fact the doors locked at 9pm helped me feel safe. Just wanted a smoking room and it so hard to find them anymore so that is the reason I will go back there if I ever do

The door was off the hinges of my room took a lot of force to shut it. The lamps didn’t work and it was just awful.

Pass on this hotel!
Very run down. You could get high just from the fumes from the lobby to the elevators and hallways… a “non smoking” hotel!?!? The number of cars in the parking lot with bullet holes was not comforting! No toilet paper in lobby restroom. Toilet seat was broken as well. Big mistake choosing this hotel. Only good thing it was 2 miles from our destination event.

Our room didn’t even look like it had been cleaned. Mold and urine/feces splatter in the bathroom, as well as trash on the floor. Smudges and sticky areas throughout the entire room. Pictures were taken and a formal complaint will be filed.

My room was a double queen and when entering noticed that both beds comforters had holes and cigarette burns in them. The sink worked but had a hole in it. The bathtub was dirty as well. The hallway smelled like weed. I can’t believe I spent $130 to stay there. I didn’t know if I could get my money back since I booked online so I didn’t look anywhere else for a room. My room number was 102.

We got into the room and there was stains on everything including the towels. The places had a weird smell and there was but holes everywhere in the carpets. Paint chipped off every wall.

The location was very convenient to get to Arrowhead stadium but there weren't really any restaurants in the immediate area

What the hell
There were roaches walking around there were ppl private part hair on our towels the toilet never stopped running and the window was locked so the smell could not get out and night it is very loud would not bring your family here does not seem safe

There were many issues. As soon as I walked in my hotel room, I was hit instantly with a smell of sweaty socks, at least that’s what it smelled like. The toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to lift up the top to fix it. You could tell the AC filter had not been changed in a while because it wouldn’t blow strong air. I was very disappointed on how many pillows I got. There were some hairs in my bedding. I tried to get my mind of how bad my room was so I decided to go the in hotel gym and was brought with more disappointment. The ceiling was leaking, the treadmill is really old and would not turn on, I tried using some of the equipment there to see that a lot of the equipment was broken. Employees were very polite and helpful though.

I will not recommend this place at all. There were people sleeping on their cars at the parking lot. Weird people all around during the night. The place smelled very bad. We didn’t feel safe. I checked in and out at the same moment.

Perfect for our family weekend getaway. The front desk lady who has been there for over 20 years ALWAYS goes above and beyond for guest... her upper tier customer service is phenomenal 👌 she is the best part of that place... no complaints..
