Flashlight comes in handy
The hotel lost electricity around 8:15 pm due to a cat hitting a pole with a transformer. Thankfully we had brought flashlights with us. The electricity came back on around 11:30 pm. It was starting to get cold in our room. There was no extra blanket in the room.

Always choose Drury when we travel. The free Breakfast makes it well worth it. Essentially cuts off an additional cost from the expense of the room as opposed to seeking food elsewhere.

This service that was given by the hotel staff was incredible and the food that was served for breakfast was amazing and fresh. The food bar that was served in the evening was also very tasty and fresh. The hotel room that we stayed at was very clean and was very spacious to sleep, and using the bathroom. This was one great hotel experience, and I would definitely come back again.

Excellent location, and the hotel is new and very well managed and kept. The free evening cocktail/dinner is superb. Have stayed here many times in the past and have never been disappointed. The wife and I always get an upper floor king suite with a sleeper sofa that has a separate bedroom with a door you can close as we both snore. So much for your money.

Typically I've always had a good experience with Drury when traveling. This is the first one that ive had an issue with. Could hear the guy talking and cursing til midnight through the wall in room 222. Had a dog barking constantly in 226 on the other side so was a sleepless night which made for a miserable 9hr drive that next day. The woman at Check-in wasnt the friendliest but expected for Kansas City area. Breakfast was mediocre.

A+ customer service! The food was delicious.
It started with the check in, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and friendliness. All the details of the hotel were shared with me. Every time I walked past the front desk, no matter who's the clerk was they greeted me and asked me how my day was going. The customer service was amazing. This was a very refreshing stay. The food for breakfast and happy hour were delicious. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The rooms were clean and the beds were very restful. This was an amazing stay and I can not give enough positive reviews for this team!
