4-bedrooms, 2 baths and an open concept kitchen/dining area. Enjoy a nice sunny day on the patio or a rainy night on the front porch. Multiple fruit trees with outdoor security cameras (located: Front entrance, back near deck, and in the back house) for peace of mind.
Guests will be given their space for the duration of the stay. If guests would like to receive additional cleaning during their stay, they will need to email or text me.
Guests will be charged an additional $500 per cleaning, which will need to be paid prior to cleaning service being complete. House is cleaned using COVID cleaning protocols after each stay.
Guests who book will have access to the entire inside of the house. In addition to the front porch and back patio.
A long-term tenant resides in the back house, and the side efficiency is occupied by a seamstress for their business.

3. All dishes and towels must be cleaned and placed back in the designated area
4. Guests need to adhere to local laws and noise ordinances. All fines incurred will be paid by the guest.
Guests can walk to pretty much any location in Key West. If guests need to go grocery shopping at either Winn Dixie or Publix, they should order a Lyft, Uber, or Taxi.
